I need help with car diagnosis and how to go about fixing it

When I get on the gas up to 80mph i start blowing smoke and burning through oil at 80mph and higher, car runs fine if I'm not flooring it and I'm confused on what's going on with my car,

More info is needed but;
  1. You need new rings, specifically the oil ring.
  2. Your PCV needs changing.
  3. Turbo seals are bad and turbo needs rebuilding.
  4. Oil drain is clogged causing oil to blow past the turbo seals.

Agree with HK.
But I'd first start with replacing the inexpensive PCV valve (Modern Performance has them for $9.99).
Before diving into rings, turbo seals or oil drain.

Yeah, start low cost stuff and move up. A compression test and leakdown does not always tell if the oil rings need replacing.
