HELP 2002 dodge R/T motor swap into a 2003 srt 4

Car pulls boost great till around 3500rpm then it just seems like the boost disappears and it does this studder like thing I can’t figure out the problem and I don’t want it causing engine damage. My air/fuel ratio is running crazy, anywhere from 10.0 to 17.0

Trying to understand what you are driving here. So you have a 2003 SRT-4 with a naturally aspirated engine from a 2002 R/T??? The R/T never came with a turbo.
HybridKid and s3*ps2 like this.

Yes please, more information needed. Did this just start happening after the car has been running well for a while?

The body was a 2002 R/T with a motorswap so the motor is a 2003 srt4

Do a boost leak test.
Are there any P codes that are being thrown?
If the AFR is that off I would check for leaks in the exhaust too. Starting at the manifold and working back to just beyond the O2 sensors.

Your issue also sounds like a cam position sensor.
