Glad you got it working. Were you using a USB-Serial converter by chance? I had one of those that crapped out and caused a similar issue. It never caused a no crank-no start condition, however, so that's a new one to me!

Yeah, that's what I was using. My car decided it didn't want to stay running after I got it working last night.
This morning I woke up to drive to class, and the same no crank no start issue happened. I went in and loaded the previous tune that worked (although not well) and then reloaded the map that downloaded when I first plugged into the car, and it worked well again...until I shut it off.
So, either I'm going to have to run around with a laptop at all times in case I stall, or hopefully get someone to send me their tune with similar mods and compare it to mine.

I can get the car to start when i turn "ls12 ALT" to on instead of off, but it runs super weird.

LS12 is PnP for your starter relay.

Here is what it should look like in Tuner:

and in Pro:

That tune that you uploaded has no configs for LS12. That may well be your no start issue. I bet you initially opened Tuner and the pop-up appeared and you selected to "Disable" LS12 vice leaving it always on since it said the conditions will always be met.

... why on earth run the starter solenoid through the PCM!? that just seems stupid on so many levels..

Factory one does the same thing. That is why the AEM has a signal pin for it.

I know, it just sounds stupid IMO. even factory Chrysler method is stupid why not let the ignition switch control the relay on the ground side? and bypass the PCM.
