Default wire harness question

hey guys
quick question for u, it has to do with the soliod pack that was attached to the stock air box i believe they are numbered 1,2,3 and they have all the line running to them, i am running the psi-fi kit and have no use for that stuff , i took out all the lines but i am not sure ** if i disconnect the wire harness from those sensors that they are plug into labled 1,2,3 will the ecu go crazy and throw a code or will everything be kool** , i still have them mounted in the car pluged into the harness with no lines running to them , but i could really use the space!!!!

thanks for the input

From what i've seen on someone elses car you do have to leave them connected. He's got the Psi fi powerpaq on his car too.
