Default Wideband questions...

I had a few questions about wideband. I was looking at the VEI wideband gauge because a forum member is selling it. It does not come with the 02 sensor or anything. I was curious if I could get this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Wideb...QQcmdZViewItem and be able to wire that up to the gauge with just regular 16awg wire. Would this actually work and produce a correct readout. What else would I have to wire ground? power? 5vinput? is it as easy as this?

or would I need something like this http://www.innovatemotorsports.com/x...roductid=16169

Thanks,
-Brandon

You would need something for that 02 sensor to plug into. The LC-1 is a sick ass unit, you can do all sorts of stuff with it and the whole shebang is right there in the wiring so no box to mount or anything like that. After that, pretty much any aftermarket gauge will work. I actually just purchased the vei gauge for mine from a member on here....hope we weren't thinkin about the same member lol.
