i am going to tune with a wideband sometime soon and i read a thread that the dtec has a 1 to 2v input and that certain widebands have a 1 to 5v input making it so you would have to calculate the percentages on the dtec reading to figure out your af in it.
some one mentioned changing the wideband output to 1 to 2v so it would match the dtec and this would get a clear reading with out math.
i was going to go with the aem uego but the output for that is 1 to 5v.
so what wideband and cable do i need to do this or can anyone using the aem uego, dtec and datalogging with the dtec please briefly explain how you are doing it.
i know i would like to have the dtec read it which the tunerxs wideband will do and i would like to have a real gauge, like a round one that mounts in the car, maybe on the a piller or something, thanks for the suggestion though.
You can make it 0-5 volt but when you display in on the dtec for logging i think that it shows it in percentage and you have to do some calculations. Personally id stick with the tuner box cause it was meant to be. I also know what your saying a gauge is nice.
