wideband 02 sensor readings??

Well I finally installed my PLX wideband 02 sensor and I'm wondering if it is set correctly. It shows 14.5 almost all the time while cruising- then will drop down to say 13 when I get on it a little. I havn't had a chance to get on it and watch the gauge to see what it does at higher boost levels but I'm looking for some help and maybe some info on my situation-
Mods include-
MP Stage 2 w/o toys, MPx full exhaust, AEM CAI, NGK's gapped at 36, AGP WGA set to spike about 17-18 and hold 15, Rage ported intake manifold and Zzapp 60mm TB. Thats all i got for performance-
I had it on a dyno befor the manifold and TB and it was pretty rich- so this 14 should be kinda lean and just from adding the tb and manifold???
I'm confused and looking for some help Thanks Brad
