The SRT DOES NOT have wide band sensors...it has a pair of narrow band sensors.
The wideband tells you what your air to fuel ratio (AFR) is. When under power (i.e. high boost) you want more gas than stoichiometric to help keep the exhaust gases colder as well as ensure the best reaction in the chambers...thats where the power comes from afterall...
The wideband will help you with the piggyback controllers by allowing you to tweak your settings for max power as well as safest power. With my emanage, I can up the duty cycle of my injectors and add more gas. This results in a lower AFR. If you lower it enough, you have fuel room for more boost levels from the turbo. With our cars 12:1 or as low as 10:1 seems to work best. 14.7:1 is what you will see at idle or low boost and crusing scenarios.
