Default what should i be monitoring?

ok i just ordered my boost controler for my stage 3 and im going to try to get the boost dialed in myself. i have a scant gauge and a aem af gauge. where idealy should my af be at? and when should i back off?
also what settings should i put my scan gauge on and where is the ideal range for those settings? i dont have a dsp or anything to adjust my fuel or timing i just want to get my boost box dialed in on the boost i am running now on the stage 3 pcm before i take it in for a tune to up the boost. thanks in advance

Anything in the 11's during WOT is good. 11.3-11.6 is what you shoot for I believe.

As for the scan gauge you can look at pretty much everything. I look at knock retard, boost, intake temp, ignition timing advance to name a few.

ok so i had it backwards. so as long as its in the 11s i should be fine. and if im in the 10s i would be able to add a little bit more boost until i get in that sweet spot in the 11s correct?
