Default WATER/ALKY Inj DYNO #s ARE IN!

Went to the dyno with a street tune if you will on the car and dropped down 140.00 for 4 pulls and the results are in. After turning the Map Clamp "down" to 4.6 or so volts and the boost to 23 psi and 15 at redline (same as boost in Jan 04) I made:

279 horses and 368 ft lbs of torque (300 lbs out to 5k) with a AFR of 12.5/6 spraying WaterAlky!

The AFR is very flat and the increases in hp and trq are not spikes but with major mid range gains. There is a lot more power under the curve

I will get up a copy of the chart soon.

Boost Cooler from Snow Performance!

Do you mean 379hp? Seems like it should be around there with alky and running that much boost. What are your other mods? Which alky kit are you using?

279hp sounds correct on the stock turbo, but i bet thats a safe dyno.
I just dynoed 270whp 345tq at 22psi... but got close to 13 AFR at redline and right at 3000 RPM where the boost kicked in.
So now I ordered myself the dynojet wideband so i can play safe. Hehe.

Ill have to look into this. Looks good!

Did you get the snow stage 1 or stage 2 kit?

I have the stage 2 kit on my mustang and I love it!

Stage 1 kit from Snow Performance. We would have pushed it more on the dyno but I have no way of measuring knock counts. Matt Snow assure me that 13.2 -1 is safe with the injector size I'm using. Also I ran out of dyno time and $$$$. I have plenty more fuel with the stg 2 injectors also.
