Default Vac at idle w/ 50 trim?

hey i just want to make sure my boost gauge is working right. could anyone with a 50 trim just let me know waht your vaccing at while just at idle? thanks.

best way to check is see what it says with vehicle off to look at vac you would need a known good gauge to compare to

it sits at zero when it's off, and i blow off when i'm about 2 psi which is what the hks did with the stock turbo too. it just vacs at like 21. which i thought was unusual.

look healthy motors have the same range for vac one car will be diff then others ...having a diff kind of turbo wont affect it per say....you get lower vac from bad or bent valves....plugged cat....bad timing can affect it ...as long as it is steady and in the proper range your fine.....21 is fine

15 vac you mean ...that is low...im pretty shure the range is 17-22

im on a 50 trim and i vac 20
it never changed for me from stock

w/ cams and more overlap you have less vac

yea i have the dcr race head w/cams and cam gears with my gts61 turbo setup from psi fi....my vac is -13 to -14 at idle....usually 98% of the time it's -14 though.
