your setup sounds exactly what mine is going to be.
But meth will cause your air fuels to look richer than they are, because methanol is fuel...
So if you were tuning it i would try and shoot for 11 flat for a good street tune maybe a little more lean but not to much.
there is a boost switch that activates the pump when it gets to a certain psi. you can set this with a bike pump or connecting a LED to the wire to see when the pump kicks on.
BUt if your all tuned well with 21 psi put the pump on and note how the air fuels change...you will see a greater change with jsut meth...i would suggest using just meth too it gives great power and it will still reduce knock.
if you see your airfuels go richer then you can turn up the boost more but i wouldnt pull much more from your AFC it might cause you to knock...
just do it in small changes and you will be fine...meth helps big time with keeping your car reliable and stong.... if it runs low you might blow your engine so keep an eye on the level in the bottle/tank where ever you have your meth.

EDIT: what injectors are you using? you have a return line? scan guage to monitor knock?
