i don't want to blow anything up, i'm thinking 20-24 psi, wherever i get safe afr's and aren't pushing the stock fuel pump too far. i don't think that's going to be too much boost, do you?

Stock pump and S2 injectors? Hell yes that is too much.

15-16 psi max.

with a return line leave it at 58psi if you are using s2 injectors and dont plan on running more than like 17psi, if u are running 750s u should be at 40psi and u can run 20-21 on pump gas, after that ur a/fs still might be okay to 24psi but ur car might start knocking

Tune slightly leaner. I'm going for 11.8-12.0... Anything 12.5 or less is perfectly safe. most people tune for less than that though incase of cold weather, or something else that may throw off the tune. Anything above 12.5 = very bad.

Depending what your timing is the afrs should reflect that. things to ask is, what octane is available to me, what is the outside temps now or during tune, can i really run 23-24psi in these conditions, what is my knock sensor doing, what the hell is my timing advance.

Many variables to just say as stated above "Anything above 12.5 = very bad"

I tuned mine to 11.5 @ 22psi. That way l'm good in every situation. I tuned it in AZ when it was 80 degrees outside and went back to texas where it was 32 degrees outside and my AFR went to 11.8 which is still in my safe range. Just tune it conservatively, that way no matter what changes, you are still running safely.
