Default Too Lean or Too Rich... Boom

Changed the wga on my s3 turbo and now its like instant fucken spool, quicker that stock turbo to me. So on the stock s3 wga I was at 28 lbs of boost and on this new wga I am at 26 lbs of boost. So now in 4th gear at about 6300 rpm if I shift I get this giant nasty BackFire (its was wayy louder than the average shoot a flame backfire). Sounds like a Nitrous backfire before the motor goes. So it spools so quick when I get on it 50% ill get like 10.000000 on my wideband and if I give it 100% I get around 10.8-11.5 afrs. Its crazy. These are the reading since I've turned my fuel pressure down its at 35ish base psi right now it was at 40ish psi before I was super rich all the way. The reason I ask is bc at wot it may jump to 13.4 on back down to rich its bouncy but at the same time its not. Also I don't think I can turn the fuel pressure down anymore bc then I'm pretty sure ill be lean. So what should I do, here are my brief mods...
S3 w toys
Full bolt on 3" exhaust, intake etc...
Rising rate fuel presure regulator
S3 682 cc/min fuel injectors with s3 fuel rail
Walbro 225 fuel pump
