Default Thermo stat messing up tune?

Hey all i just replaced my radiator for a race one, and got myself a 180t for these hot florida summers. Could this be messing up my tune? My car feels a bit slow up top. Maybe small boost leak.? let me know.

Bumpin... pretty stright forward. does my 180 tstat affect my tune? Im tuning with SAFC II
