OK, I completely spaced the RC large saturated injectors
So I installed some RP (aka GM Delphi) peak/hold 650cc injectors (from fuelinjectorclinic.com) with the required 200w 10ohm resistor pack (on the high side like the MR2s, Hondas, DSMs, etc.).
SO I start taking out the proper % of airflow correction...
NOTE! before these injectors, I used a 40lb before/ 44lb after (was using some 44lb accels in place of the faulty MSD/RPs) in the E-man setup and it worked/ran GREAT... No extra corrections in the OP data.
OK, here the WEIRD part.
Using a 420/650 correction caused the old BANK1 too LEAN code
Sure enough, the computer added the max 39%. SO I think damn it they sent me <650cc injectors. So I ended up taking ALL the correction out.
So I'm thinking, I have smaller injectors

But the first time I floor it, the injectors try to hydro-lock the engine with an extremely rich condition.
So I end up taking out 35% down low (@ plus 70% thr) 25% up high to get it back to 11.5-10:1 (where the ECU seems to be very HAPPY).
SIde note - now that I'm running a stead A/R on big injectors with 14-15psi, fuel pressure is starting to dip down to 50psi

Bad, I was wondering why the ECU was moving from 60% duty to 89% duty (@Redline) ... I guess that would be a good reason. Not sure if its my inline pump choking or that small hole in the filter... think I'll try the filter first.
ANYWHO, I'm posting this here to hear ideas on why 650cc injectors work on the S0 ecu without ANY piggy back correction @ idle.
One that comes to mind for me it response time.
The stock injectors and the accels I had are all pintle style valves as are the RCs. IIRC RP/Delphis are disc style valves... AEM has been doing alot of injector response testing for some time so there has to something to it.
