Default Someone please help. Trying to: Mapclamp, AGP WGA, on stock lines?

I've started a bunch of threads with no help... I had an AGP WGA on stock lines. The arm was barely taught (one or 2 turns looser and it would have been jiggly loose) on the wastegate arm. It spiked to 20psi and fell to 15 at redline. Worked perfect.

Then I installed a mapclamp and tuned it... It still worked great in 2nd and 3rd gears... But when I hammered it in 4th, I spiked to about 21-22psi and it just kept climbing until I let off at about 4500rpm/25-26psi. WTF? Why only 4th gear? I swapped back to my S2 WGA and it did the same thing (just slower due to the looser spring).

Any ideas? I'm trying to stick with my stock lines because I don't want PTB... Please help!

original tune was too fat and the extra fuel was slowing down the spool of the turbo. Now since the tune is leaner, your EGT's tend to be hotter and this helps spool the turbo more. Also using stock lines on a AGP WGA is a waste of time.

I was just borrowing the AGP from a buddy... gives much better response and spools WAY faster even on stock lines. Now that I'm back on S2, it seems very very sluggish to spike boost.

And I guess that makes sense... It just sucks cuz now I have to deal with PTB... Someone suggegsted getting an EBC with gain control and just use the S2 WGA. The S2 WGA gives you the reduction in PTB, and the EBC will allow you to switch between "daily driving mode" and "whoop some Honda ass mode".

Thanks for the help
