You sure it didn't go from 10.5 to 11.5?

Porting and polishing can actually diminish performance if done improperly. I'm not saying you did it wrong, but if you created more turbulance or a poor flow path(what ever you want to call it), less air get's in the engine. Borrow a friends TB and see if your a/f changes back.

yeah i know that part i polished the stuff out of that throttle body. i know if i ported it wrong it should flow wrong but i should have the same afr right. and my safc 2 is still where i had it. i amm gonna due some more pulls. also when i start up my car in the morning it takes like 3 seconds or 4 to start. i think its my fuel filter i dont think its been changed since stock. i have had the car for 20,000 miles. so i think that would be cause the fuel to richen. shit gettin clogged up in the filter

a clogged filter would mean less fuel which means a leaner mixture. Do you have a return line on the car? Start the car and let it run for awhile. Look at what your fuel pressure is. When you shut it off, if it drops right away, your regulator is shot. If it's stock, the regulator is built into the filter. Good luck.
