kpa is manifold pressure but reading in kpa as opposed to psig

you dont need any correction during normal driving, the ecu will make adjustments +/- 30% while in closed loop

at wot if it is -1.2% it is reducing the map voltage signal to the ecu by 1.2 %

if you dont know how to convert kpa to psig the formula is kpa x 0.145=psi

This is only true if you are running the corresponding injectors to the PCM...i.e. S1 with Stock 04/05/S1, S2 with S2/S3, DSP/SCP with rescale for aftermarket injectors. If your running say 750's with the stock PCM, zeroing in your fuel trims makes the car cruise much better.
