Well the chart for those that know tells most of the story. What it doesn't tell is what we have installed on the car.
EVERYTHING in the engine is STOCK with the only exceptions being, 60lb injectors ( we where having probs with the mopar injectors), plug wires (because of the Electromotive DFU) and some gauges.
The stock wastegate spring prevented us from maintaining the boost to Redline.
Max boost is 17 PSI tapering down to 10 PSI at Redline.
Redline was increased to 6500 RPM
We had some dyno runs doing 260HP+ and other runs with tq close to 400..
but we went with the safe more conservative tune for the meantime. ( No bleed nothing on it as seen on the dyno below)
Next time it dyno's it goes in with an agp wastegate.. and we will call it a day with the "stock setup" and make 300whp :P

fast, i have a thousand questions for you, but i'll keep it to a few. (had to unplug my tec3r due to a very bad install and rip off)...
1. WHO DID THE INSTALL AND HOW MUCH!
2. do all your gages work?
3. how did you get around the stock theift system? do you have anyprobs with running the system at all? I.E. does your car turn off when making left hand turns? does she flash her lights at you when you close the hood....... *whooosssaaa whooosssa* ok, im ok. just, whooosa whooosa....
4. now, this is stupid, but i got to ask, did you keep all your snaps and pops, or does she sound like a normal car now?

1) Steve the install was done by Nemo , Nemo is investing his spare time to the project car. So as far as price goes call him up and ask him how much
2) Yes all the gauges do in fact work , the only thing you will have is the engine light on.
3) The stock theft system runs on a complete seperate module , this module is actually underneath your dash . Fully working nothing died while moving to the standalone.
4) It still has some pops , but the car has mellowed out a little bit more. It actually sounds a lot better than when it had its stock computer
I took the car out for a couple spins yesterday, and all I can say is wow!! Even at 16psi, it pulls pretty damn hard. I can't wait for the AGP WGA to go on... I think with a little leaner tune (12:1 AFR), holding 18 or 19 psi to redline, I think we should clip 300 fwhp pretty easily.
Remember its not just timing that we have control of , we got full control of the wastegate, the timing , the fuel , the ignition. And there is a lot of neat tools involved to make the Tec3 run.
The Project car for sure will pull more than 300whp.. and with a lot less boost than what I used to push to get over 300whp ( no methanol injection , no 3" exhaust , no intercooler , no boost controller , etc , etc).
I am just amazed what a standalone can do
can't wait to see this car on a dyno again with the upgraded wastegate

Yeah, Larry was having way too much fun with the Project car. He did not want to give it back.
We had to wash and wax his car before he did.
OkSRT... I was bored, so I thought I'd mess with your avatar a bit and show a more accurate representation of the boost levels of most SRT's around here...

I have a similar dyno sheet from 2 years ago. I threw my car on Dave's dyno one night & mattSB_2000 hooked up a MBC. It would spike to 21-22 lbs then very quickly fall to 17-18. My car made 256WHP and 325WTQ untuned. This was on the 03 injectors and 91 pump gas with NO tuning.
I am in no way trying to be a hater. I just wanted to pass along some info and possibly discuss.

Boost spike was about 17 and tapering off to 10-11 at redline.

I can only imagine how tough it is to tune a car that won't hold a consistent boost level throughout the RPM's. Good luck on hitting the 300's with the WGA.

yeah that is getting to where mine is at after tonight.
where can I pick one up at.I have a SAFMU from my v6 tibby, but it works off the MAF,so im kinda screwed there. This sounds like a better piece of hardware anyways.
