problems running smooth

When the car is at idle my A/f gauge is all over the place. wideband goes to 16 plus and then drops to 10 or less. It also does this when I am driving at a constant 3000 rpm. Idle is at 760-810 rpm

Mods are: E-manage blue, 750 RC injectors, 50 trim, All fuel mods, p&p head with over size valve, BC stage 3 cams, 60 mm throttle body, ported intake, N2MB WOT box, 3 in exhaust,
