Default PCM swap out

I was told that I needed to swap out my Stage 2 PCM out with my Stage 1 PCM so I won't throw codes on trying to pass the emissions part of the Texas inspection.(already failed it once) My question is...Do I just disconnect the battery and swap them out or are there other steps involved?

Default Failed state inspection

P0888- TCM Power Relay Sense Circuit
P0562- System Voltage Low
P0871- Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "C" Circuit Range/Perfrm
P0846- Transmission Fluid Pressure Sensor/Switch "B" Circuit Range/Perfrm

I was told to get a "code scrubber" to deal with this...Is this the best way to deal with this or just swapping out the my Original PCM with the Stage 2 PCM?

do you have stage 2?? or just the stage 2 pcm?? also do you have the stage 1 pcm on the car now or is it stock??? if its stock its stage 0 as some people call it. and the stock pcm likes to throw alot of codes. if you have stage 2 then the stage 2 pcm should fix it. if you dont have stage 2 then i wouldnt put the pcm on

if you just want to clear your check engine light. then take off the neg battery cable for about 30 sec. reconect the battery cable. start the car and it should be gone. it will probly come back after driving a little while sometimes with in 5 min sometimes with in 2 or 3 days.
