Default KR for my car seems wrong

Not sure why i'm getting so much knock, not sure if it's cause of my mods or if there's another problem.
Here's my mods:
Stg 2 w/o toys
Bwoody Motor and Trans mounts
AEM SRI
Modern Performance 3" turbo back
MSD wires
NGK 4306's gapped at about 35
DCR oil mod
DCR 55mm throttle body
AGP Race FMIC
AGP WGA running off the turbo, no boost controller. peaks and holds 15psi.
JMB intercooler pipes

my AEM wideband shows i'm at 10.0-10.2 a/f and my aeroforce gauge shows i'm at 23 for timing and 6.0-7.0 for knock retard.

so, any ideas where i should start? i ordered new plug wires and once i get them in, i'll buy new plugs and put both in. my exhaust is also rattling, it's so heavy it wears out the hanger by the rear tire and it hangs down and vibrates on the rear suspension. so i have to fix that too.

Thinking about it,.. I guess its "possible" that the clanking noise from the exhaust could be picked up by the knock sensor..

Get that fixed up first.. test after that.

ok, so i finally got my new wires and plugs in. also put new exhaust hangers on. and i made sure my knock sensor was torqued down to proper spec which it was/is.

it's still doing it, not going up to high 7's kr, but it's still going to low 7's at wot. there have been a few times when i went wot and it only went up to around 5ish, but it's only done that a few times.

i dunno what i should try next. throw in some 100+ octane and see if it goes away? if it does, then what would that mean? and if it doesn't then what would should i try next?

i think the solid motor and trans mounts have some to do with it, but i'm not willing to go through all the trouble to swap them back and forth to find out. and there are plenty of people running solid mounts and i don't seem to see them having problems. or maybe they don't have an aeroforce gauge to tell them how much kr they're getting.

Have you tried 100 octane yet?

Do you know if you're burning any oil?

Has the engine always run that rich?

When you say you're at 23 degrees of timing on your Aeroforce is that base timing or overall spark advance?

Solid motor mounts have nothing to do with this problem. And FWIW, the factory knock detection system is extremely accurate when detecting knock. If you're showing knock retard then you can be fairly certain you're knocking.

no, haven't tried 100 octane yet.

not burning oil, but may have an exhaust leak. kinda smells funny sometimes, like i get faint exhaust smells every now and then.

it's only ran this rich since i got the s2.

the timing thing, can't member now off the top of my head. i'll have to get back on that one. pretty sure it's base timing though, not the spark advance.

so, didn't really get a chance to fully go wot, but when the a/c's on, getting into the throttle pretty good, it was going up to like 5kr. so not sure what that's all about....

nick chestnut: it's showing ignition advance and knock retard on my aeroforce.

any other ideas or thoughts? this is really annoying, my car feels like it went from 260 hp to 160 hp for reasons unknown to me and the kr problem is not any better. is it beneficial to me to drive like 40 minutes outta my way this weekend to fill up with some 100 octane fuel and see if it goes away or not? i am kinda lost.....
