ok, so i bought the diablosport predator several weeks ago. i have spent the past 2 weeks trying to get it to work, and im pretty sure ive developed a brain tumor this damn thing is so frustrating.
ok, so....
i originally started by setting my ptp wga to 12psi running straight off the turbo. then hookied my stock solenoids back up, just like stock, including the wga and turbo.
the only tunes i currently have are the diablo "perf 93" tune and my stock stage 1 tune.
here come the problems. MAJOR MAJOR MAJOR overboosting. it would boost ok in 2nd gear, spike around 20psi, then settle down to 14/15psi... but when shifted to third it spiked over 25psi... not good. this was on the stock tune. the diablotune did the same thing, just ran much leaner.
somewhere in all my adjusting and changing shit, my plug wires went bad, so i replaced them in a old set of stockers i had laying around, of which i don't think are very good either.
tonight i switched back to the stock wga... ok, not overboosting now. it only boosts 13psi MAX 3rd gear pulls, with the stock tune, diablo tune, or modified stock tune... and the worst part is it runs lean in all three! im talking between 12-13 AFRs..... LEAN! i used the handheld to adjust the boost and it said i was raising it, but it actually way lowered it, so i adjusted in the opposite direction, and it went back to 13, but no more than that....
i have new wires and plugs coming in the mail. i really really wanted to get this thing running before saturday, when i was gonna dyno for $20!!
im wondering now if something else is wrong with the car, but its so cold and dark when i get off work i don't have time to mess with the car much at all.
Car:
2003
Stg. 1 pcm/injectors
PTP wga (set at 17psi) currently on stock solinoids
BFMIC
K&N Drop in
3" DP
Mopar/Borla Exhaust (2.5")
PTP FPR Mod (75 psi) in stock fuel pump
Fuel Pump Rewire
Mopar BOV
180* thermostat
93 octane
im sure ive left a lot of things out, but my brain is dead right now, and i think im getting sick...

i would say check and re-check your vac setup and boost leaks... i had the same issue when my vac lines were setup wrong.. was hard for me when i first started since theres about 900 vac line diagrams floating around out there
