Default I don't know if this belongs here. NEED HELP PLZ

Ok, I don't know if this is in the right place, but someone told me to try putting it in the tuning part, so here it is.....

Ok, So I have a Greddy Profec B Spec 2 Boost controller and I was wondering if anyone could help me out with it. I have been messing with the settings and trying to get it tuned good, but I'm having problems. Maybe its cause I don't really know what I'm doing.
Ok so at first I thought I had it set good cause I got it on and it was working good, but the more I messed with it the more I realized that I had a long ways to go. At first the way I had it set it was loosing booste around 5000 rpms. Well now I have it where it holds the boost all the way to redline, but it pulses.

I have my boost set at 45% and my gain at 5%. My gain is all the way down, but when I raised it, the boost would drain off at 5000 rpms. Should I raise my gain, and raise my set gain? It seems like I already have it set way high. I have my set gain at 273. I know the set gain is when the wastegate starts opening, so its opening at just over 27 psi, so really its not even opening cause my car doesn't get up that high. It is holding at about 17 psi right now, but the boost starts pulsing at 5000 rpms. The boost is really smooth up until that 5000. So anyways I tried lowering my set gain and it would drain off, so thats why I'm stuck. I can't seem to find that happy median where it just holds it nice and smooth all the way to red line.

Any help from anyone about how I should set it would be helpful. I know that every set-up is differant, but maybe someone can tell me what I need to lower or raise to make it more consistant. Thanx

your set gain is at 27??? how much boost does your car spike to at low rpms? i would think it would spike up to like 24psi or more at low rpms and thats not good. you need to put your set gain to like 15.

At low rpms it only spikes up to about 18.

ok, what WGA? What other mods?, what are you trying to boost? do you have a way to control fuel?.... need more info to give you an educated guess of where to start.

Ok I don't have that many performance mods. All I have is AGP WGA, The boost controler, and a B&B catback. I was talking to a guy that had the same set up, but with Stage 1 and a CAI, and he was holding 17 psi. I may not be able to hold that much, but I figure 15 or 16 is do-able. It will peak out at about 18, and go down to 17 and hold there, until I get up to 5000 rpms, then it will peak again and drop and peak and drop real quick till I get to redline. But it never drops lower than 17. I was just wondering if someone can help me take that pulsing out of the boost between 5 and 6000 rpms. I'm almost sure I can do it just by messing with the controler, but I can't figure out what I need to raise or lower.
