well could they dyno hold the car at a specified rpm and the throttle wide open? cuz thats really all i would need, since i dont want to even try to tune the low throttle since the pcm wont care what that is.

are you talking about ems? at wot you dont load hold any cells,you pull,log and adjust.if youre talking about ems your damn skippy it cares about low throttle
