Default help with dtec

Hey guys how well do the Dtec work with the stock ecu or is it better to upgrade? I tried putting in dw stg 2 injectors and the car ran like shit in third and fourth gear so I put the stock injectors back in and now I dont know where to go from here can someone please help. Thanks in advance...

dtec works good easy to tune with also

You can do two things "E". You can get a S1 or maybe go a cheaper route which is getting a fuel pressure regulator and see what does for you. If Im wrong someone please correct me

put the dw stage 2's back in and reset the comp.... You have any other way of monitoring fuel etc?

So what you are saying is put the dw stg 2's back in and reset the comp and it should work even if it is a stock ecu?

Yeah i ran stage 2's with a stock ecu a lot of people run stock ecu with major upgrades.....it should work fine.

Was that S2 or DW S2? They are different fuel regulator readings right? I think DW S2 are rated at a higher fuel reading than S2.

Mopar stage 2's are 682cc at 58 psi the DW stage twos are 590cc or somewhere close at 45psi. so at 58 psi they should be around the same even though when i put my DW's in they gave me more fuel than the mopar stage 2's

Either way the car shouldnt be running like crap with just adding stage2's.....they are not large enough for these cars to cause problems like the 750's might
