Default Going to be tuning the emanage Thursday (08/12), need some hints...

Mods are:

Greddy e-manage
Greddy e-01
TurboXS WGA
JLM 3" Catless DP (with a cutout)
BDJ's 3" CAI
Stage 1
Spearco FMIC

Right now the e-manage is controlling the map clamp portion (Boost Limiter Cut) and fueling (Add Injector Map) in the parameters. Boost is, of course, being controlled by the e-01.

Right now I am boosting a steady 18psi to redline and using the stock map sensor to read boost. I plan on tuning for some C16 and have the optional connection that allows the e-manage to read from the e-01's 3 bar map sensor.

My question is, how will reading off the 3 bar sensor affect what needs to be inputed in the e-manage.

For example, right now my "Add Injector Map" looks like this:
from 4.5volts on it is set to 25.0. This is from 50 all the way to 6500 rpms. If I switch to the different map sensor with the 25.0 need to become a 10.0, 15.0, 40.0, etc etc?

I am assuming the map clamp portion (Boost Limiter Cut) will remain unchanged. Right now it is set to 4.50 volts from 50 to 8000 rpms.

Does anyone have similar mods with an e-manage and tuned their car yet?

Thanks!
Jim

when I was boosting 18 psi on mine I had the map clamp set 4.35 v and was adding no additional fuel , and was taking away fuel below 3500 rpm I think it was like -20% at 70 - 100% tps voltage

What were your A/F's like? Mine go start to creep up by 3500 from 12:1 and rise steadily to 13.5:1 (too lean for my taste) by redline.

I just had it dynoed today with the map clamp set at 4.5V across the board and adding 25% more fuel from 3500 rpms to redline (4.5 V on down on the right column.)

Does anyone use the "adjust airflow" parameter? Is that the one youre talking about blk04?

Man, I need some help.

it seems to me as if the adjust airflow map is mainly for off-boost situations.
for on boost situations you of course add injector duty cycle in the add'tl inj map
