Default EVAP, Power Steering and Stock/Mopar PCMS

Hey all, Im really not sure where a post like this belongs, however I am curious if the stock or any staged PCMs will throw a CEL if the EVAP or power steering pressure sensors are unplugged?

Id assume it would show up when scanned with a reader, however does anyone know if the PCM just monitors these, and will they throw a CEL?

The reason I ask is im in the middle of doing a full SRT conversion in my NYG (entire SRT harness, motor, pcm, etc) I will not be using the EVAP or have power steering.

Im sure someone has unplugged these before?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Yes you will get a cel if they are unplugged. I've been getting an intermittant power steering switch cel recently. Its probably just a bad wire.

I'd leave the ps switch and evap solenoid plugged in. You can remove everything else, just tie the small parts up out of the way.
