ANY dealer with a DRBIII can do it. It is literally a 5 minute operation.
^^^ what he said .
As I remember , the dealer must have ECU installed in car to reflash skim info . This is tru with anybody using the DRBIII . Many dealers are too ignorant to know its even possible , many just dont want to take the liability involved (real or imagined) so they say its not possible . pick a dealer nearby that will do it , or is willing to learn how . its not difficult , search around , the directions are here somewhere . print it out & take to a dealer that doesnt think they already know everything .
Another option is Flight Systems Unlimited . They can do it off the car , but they will only flash stage 1,2 or 3 ECUs . They would not flash a stock stage0 ECU a couple years ago when my SCT locked up my ECU .
Good luck .

Exactly,,,,,I think I can do it in 4minutes
Most dealer techs do not know its possible.
here the procedure I use from the How-To section sticky:
These procedure are from the PL2000 Powertrain Service Manual.
NOTE: 2.4L Turbo Manual Transmission.
After replacing the PCM, you must program
pinion factor.
1. Turn the ignition on (transmission in park/
neutral).
2. Use the DRBIIIt and select THEFT ALARM,
SKIM then MISCELLANEOUS.
3. Select PCM REPLACED.
4. Enter secured access mode by entering the vehicle
four-digit PIN.
5. Press ENTER to transfer the secret key (the
SKIM will send the secret key to the PCM).

I don't know if things have changed recently or not, but even with the reflash instructions in hand I could not get any Dodge dealer in the Twin Cities to reflash a pcm for me. The 2 I have had done I had to send Flight Systems, and they used to state that they would not flash a stage 0 (stock )pcm. Duster, How do you obtain a vehicles 4 digit pin? And can you reflash a stock pcm? The advances in technology...aka dsp pretty much make my stage 2 obsolete.Though I do like the toys. Somebody walked off with my stock pcm years ago, they must of thought it was something special.

You're right. Flight systems won't flash a stock PCM, thats why you need a DRB-III.
You get the PIN# from the dealer. They have to get it from Chrysler using your vin #.
If you drove your car to my house or flew me out to your car, I could flash it for you. The PCM has to be installed in the vehical to flash it with the DRB-III.
thanks guys, the instructions were definitely helpful. i finally found a old school small town dealer that didnt care to learn and they only charged me 30 bucks now i just need a hood and im ready to drive hopefully
