I don't beleive that there is a calibration for the size of injectors...you might need to pull more fuel to compensate for the new amount of fuel.
the blue wire gets tapped in the green wire if i remeber correctly....dont quote me on that...but one of those connects to your map signal....again if i remeber correctly....i can check the car sometime and see how i have it hooked up.
What you need to do is go to RPM and Hit auto CALB and REV THE motor 2 grand and hit A on the GBA it should set your RPM to a different setting then your stock motor settings. If that dont work apply your RPMS on your DTEC MAPS on the LEFT so hold the <<< on the GBA on the pad. There you can set your cut at a RPM if you have it around 500 RPM it will do a shitty RPM IDLE I had the same prob... Try that if nothing helps come to are site and download the Manual for the DTEC you have on are forums. NeonDtecEquipment - Dtec,Dtec Repair, ETC. ..
PS. When you make changes save them and when it takes you back where you can select maps hit the start button to save it again then turn car off and DTEC OFF. The turn DTEC on after 5 mins and trun the car so your dtec can be read and your cd player comes on. Dont turn the motor on. Let it sit there for few then turn it off. Wait about 5-10 mins. Then try your DTEC with the car on but turn the DTEC ON FRIST before turning on the car...
