Default Car running rich from 3K to redline

Have a 20G, 750cc injector, 3 bar map/tip, and a canned tune from PWerks. Idle and part throttle (around town driving) is perfect. Put your foot in it , boost comes on and the A/F drops to 9.0-9.7. PWerks sent me another tune and took 20% fuel out and I still have the same thing. I have data logged various parameters and nothing seems out of the norm. Since I changed everything out at the same time (injectors, 60mm TB, intake and tune), I'm guessing it has to do something with this round of mods. I'm at a loss as to why this is happening (vacuum leak, injectors stuck open, etc...???). One other thing...I'm running off the factory boost solenoid (installing manual boost controller soon). Not sure how this could effect how much fuel is injected by the puter. Any ideas? Can provide logged data if needed. Thanks in advance.

750s are WAY too big for a 20g, with or without a returnline.

put it this way, i maxed out my 20g on s2 injectors and a returnline set at 40 psi base. so in reality i'm only flowing about 600cc's, which is plenty enough for 400whp. you are drowning the 20g man. get 650s and a rescale and you'll be perfect.

I changed to a manual boost controller and still hitting around 9.3 A/F . Maybe this is a good reason to go 50 trim.

20g is basically a big wheel s3. 46lb comp. td05 turbine. good to 425whp MAX on race gas at about 28psi. others have made more, others less. but that is about average. 380 on 93 pump at 20-23 psi is common. thats about all it has. 50 trim is also a 46 lb wheel i believe, but is extremely efficient on our little 2.4

I'll get you the logs tonight...Thanks

Also, I'm running at about 20 lbs boost. It was extremely erratic though. Hit 20, back down to 15 and then back up to 18-19. I installed a manual boost controller (perrin) and it seems to hold just fine. Now it looks like I'm holding steady at about 22 lbs.

I was also thinking about a return line and setting the fule pressure at 40-43?
