Default Can a 3 bar MAP sensor throw boost readings off?

I have a 3 bar MAP sensor, Autometer 30 psi boost gauge, and an Aeroforce scan gauge. My boost gauge has a dent in it from being dropped once. Well the boost gauge is reading 20 psi but the scan gauge is reading 13 psi. I'm not sure which gauge I should believe but I would think that the scan gauge would be more accurate since it gets that reading directly from the MAP sensor. The boost gauge is using the line from the stock one. But I just don't know if it's possible for the car to pull this hard on 13 psi.

what PCM do you have?

Do you have any type of piggy back fuel controller (SAFC, DTEC, etc)?

Is your SCT Map scaled for the 3 bar map and 3 bar tip?
