Default Apex'i AFC NEO

With the mods in my sig, I am looking to getting a piggyback to fine tune my set-up. I am looking to do something myself so I need some advice from those who've tried to do it. I wanna get the NEO and tune my car myself - with like a "street" tune.
Can anyone tell me how hard it'll be after installing it, to tune my ride. I wanna get my AFR's in a great spot to extract the most HP. Should i be able to do it, or is it something I should leave to the experts?

If you have a pro tune it for you, it would be a great thing to learn how to do so you dont have to bring the car back to the pro everytime the weather changes.

It isnt that hard once you play with it a little. But if you are afraid and you have the money, bring it to a shop and have them tune it on a dyno.

I wanna get it tuned myself, i just want to know if its alright to do it on the street, you know. Like, drive around and somehow record your AFR's, then tune to the best level for performance. Should it be tough?

If you are asking if you can tune it by yourself on the street, your answer is yes. Its just easier on a dyno unless you have some way of datalogging

If you are going to do it right and solder all the wires, even then its not hard at all. There is only like 6 or 7 wires anyways. Set yourself a few hours aside one day.

How about for $10 more, I'll throw in the extra wiring, instructions, and base maps?
