Maybe someone can offer a friend of mine some assistance.
He's running AGP's DBB .50 trim with RC750 injectors, AGP's fuel return line and a Walbro 255 fuel pump. That's as far as his fueling mods go. I just installed his SAFC II on his car and it works fine. He is going to order a wideband, so we don't plan on pulling too much fuel right now until I can take note of his A/F ratio.
Here's the issue:
I have his High Throttle and Low Throttle at 5% correction across the RPM range with his LTFTs in the -3-0 range. I have his Low Throttle point set to 10% and his High Throttle point set to 60% and his fuel pressure set to 40% with vac at idle. Basically in 1st and 2nd gear his car is a monster, but when you hit 3rd, and the upper rpms, it feels like fuel is being cut and a puff of black smoke comes out of the tail pipe, signifying a rich status. In 4th gear it falls on its face at 4k rpm and the same with 5th gear, but 1st, 2nd and half of 3rd are OK. It's weird, I know.
Anyone have an idea on what I can do to remedy this until his wideband gets in?
Is there a basic tune for my srt-4 with 3inch TBE, Intake,FMIC & Charge pipe? I feel my car picking kind of heavy. Seem like to much fuel. Is there setting that can get me 300WHp on stock turbo with 20+PSI? Thanks!

Contrary to popular belief the 750s are way too much fuel, you'll find yourself ending up pulling 20+% out in the upper rpm range if you're on 1:1 with your returnline. Lots of timing being pulled at that rate. Lots of guys end up going static pressure and pulling a lot of fuel at idle/cruise that way they don't have to pull a ton up top where it matters. I wouldn't recommend trying that until you get you buddys wideband installed though...things can go bad in a hurry if you're not watching your afrs
I just purchased an SAFC II from a gentleman off srtforums and it seems I only have the SAFC half. I don't have the other connector with wires. The half that runs into the engine. If I can't get a hold of the other connector is there anything I need to know before attempting to hook this up, custom style?
I haven't seen anything about where the pink, orange, purple, and blue wires connect. I have no instructions what-so-ever or anything to tell me what wire does what or goes where, aside from this how to. Another thing, my mods are listed in my signature, all is installed aside from the SEE, SAFC II, Boomba rail and 650's. I'll be putting the SAFC II, Boomba rail and 650's on at the same time. Anything I need to know before I put these on that will benefit me. Like, I'll be screwing myself without a return line or something like that.
If I remember right those wires are not necessary in our cars they are for other vehicles since this is not an srt4 proprietary unit. Custom wiring is fine, I didn't have the wiring harness peice either so I soldered all my wires under the hood first and drew up a diagram of what color wires I used went to what color wires were on the safc. Then I just got about 4 feet of heatshrink tubing and ran all my wires through it and through the firewall under the dash where I soldered all my wires to the safc's wires.
Sounds great. I suppose I should drop by the tuning forum to find out whether or not I'll have trouble running the 650's (can't remember the static pressure... 43 I think and the stockers run on 58??? Not sure) without a fuel return line.
Which wire in the PCM can I tie into so that I have 12v when the lights are on?
This is for the illumination for the NEO. I need a wire somewhere in the engine bay as that is where I ran all my wires.
Not sure what color it is on your car, but inside the pillar I have an orange wire that I tap into that's hot when I turn my parking lights on. That way all my gauges come on when it gets dark enough for me to turn the headlights on

You'll have to pull quite a bit of fuel out at idle to get it to run correctly, probably in the neighborhood of 20-25% but this can also help get rid of the stumble at 2500rpms as well so it should work out alright.
