ok so i jsut initialized it and it seems to be running ok but my in out points are at 1 which is where it goes to after you do that
However when i tried to put them to 10 in 10 out the car just bogs down and shuts off then i throw p0108 and p2074 so i guess i have to just leave it at what it is after initialization because like that the car seems to run ok

are you changing those points with the car running? if you are that would explain it, change them with the car not running....

Anyone know how to set the SFAC up for HI and LO boost setting, but so you don't have to switch file maps?

I thought I'd be able to use the TH-Point because its ref to boost (map)... Set it for say 79% LO (thought it was anything below this would be lo fuel map), and 80% HI fuel map. But it always seems to use the HI map.

Figured 79% should = about 17psi on a 2 bar map

My low boost is 15psi
My HI boost is 23psi

Stage 2 car

Not sure exactly how to answer your direct question, but I do know that if your hi boost is 23 you can see 17 or even more with much less than 79% throttle so that may be why it's kicking it off like that. I wouldn't know why it would use the hi settings with anything less though. You may want to have a buddy ride shotgun and watch the boost to find out exactly when you're going into hi mode and see if it matches up with your boost.

Edit: After rereading your post it seems like some people were having issues with their hi and low points being so close. Try putting your low down to say 55% and keep your high at 80% and see if that helps then anything in the middle and the controller will compensate for it by mixing your hi and low points together

I'll try that, LO has to be at least 73% (that = 16psi on the 3bar map) I'll turn the HI up to 90%.

I know for sure what my boost is for both lo and hi settings on the boost controler (have aeroforce and a elec boost gauge).

Thanks,

I just went through the instructions and it does not say anything about being able to display psi.

Default Mistake

I don't know if this has been note before but :

Quote:
GROUND -
Brown wire & Black wire (afc)--- pin 18 on module C1 (black/white wire) the brown wire should be T'd closer to the PCM.

Point is that PIN 18 isn't "black/White" wire, but "Black/Tan". On the other hand, there IS a "black/White" wire on PIN 9.

BTW if anyone can help I'm still have BIG TIME troubles with my installation :

Thanks
