probably a wire loose concerning your idle, or computer.... check your wiring to make sure its soldered (no butt connects) and make sure it matches the chart exactly.... too many people have had no problems for something off the wall to be causing your issue....
dude i made DAMN sure i soldered all wires and none were even remotely loose. i understand how important it is to have these wires connected properly and followed the wiring diagram to the letter.
next question... i have a code that says my map signal is weak.... why??? is that a bad ground on my tach sensor? i have it grounded under my typhoon intake where it bolts down right to the right of the hole leading into the fender... i'm wondering if the paint isn't effecting that ground>...
hey I am just stating what ends up being the issue time and time again..... too many people tell me they did it right, only to eat their words.... but the grounding could be an issue too!!!

I would also set the high throttle position to 40% when using the MAP as a reference. Example 40%=2volts=7.4 psi.....50%=2.5volts=9.25psi......20%=1volt=3.7psi...etc. So at 40% or 7.4psi the high throttle settings start to take effect.
Pap
how were these calcuilations made? i understand that theres 5 volts and 50% is 2.5 volts but how was the boost factored in? i have S2, profec b-spec and a 50 trim (and a bunch of other stuff that dont matter for this post) and i plan on running 23 lb of boost and 13 lb of boost
yeah mine safc is starting to act up. It has been working fine but for some reason today the throttle reading is off. It isolates between 14-50% at idle and on deceleration it isolates between 4-6%. The car runs and drives like normal so I don't know what's causing it.
double check and make sure none of the wires came loose or anything. if anything disconnect the battery for about 30 seconds and reconnect then see what happens.

Yeah I plan to do that. I'm almost 100% positive that none of the wires came loose being that I soldered all of them. I'll try to reset the battery thing of all the wires check out. Thanks
yea sometimes they just like to be "rebooted" lol. had a few customers who would just out the blue need to disconnect and reconnect their batteries. would only happen once or twice though
how much is too much fuel to pull with the safc? i have an s2 ecu, agp 50 trim, warlbro fuel pump, perrin fuel rail, agp return line, and rc engineering 750's im looking to push 22-23 lb of boost, my trims are -20 to -30( up to 5500 rpm, AFR good) then at redline im at -20 and my afr is 10:1, i dont want to be taking to much fuel out and advance the timing too much. my fuel pressure is 43.5 should i bump it down to around 38-40?
If your wideband is functioning correctly just keep pulling more fuel with the AFC until you jump above 10:1
bigjohn: off topic but, I thought the 'perrin rail will not work with RC Engineering fuel injectors because of their increased size over OEM injectors'?
yea they told me the same thing, they fit like a condom. if they didnt fit i was just going to cut my own (the beauty of being the foreman of a machiene shop)
