Are there any benefits to using the TPS signal vs the MAP signal? I have mine up to the TPS...

Also, what do I set my Pressure IN/OUT at? 10/10? And what direction does the TPS arrow point?

It reads the voltage coming from your TPS. You can tune reliably on both. No benefits really tuning off of TPS except it is a little easier. Northeast on the arrow. 10/10 is what I have mine set at.

What are the benefits tuning it off the MAP then? Also, what exactly are we doing when we change the pressure to read 10/10 with the NE arrow, you know what mean. Like what exactly is that doing to the car?

The benefit is that fuel is adjusted exactly as there is a change in Pressure i.e. boost. The TPS is perfect for NA as the change in pressure is consistent with the change in Throttle position. Wit h a turbo though, you can get different boost levels at the same rpm. 10/10 is in and out voltage.

Ahh, makes sense now. So how much of a difference are we talking between the difference in pressure between using the TPS and using the MAP. I mean it using one over the other going to make a big enough difference to mess up the tune or hold a constant A/F ratio?

It won't make any difference at pedal to the floor if that is how you tune it to. It will only make a difference when you are driving different then how you tuned it. Again this only coorelates to Hi throttle settings as Low throttle would not be effected by boost. If you tune to maintain a certain AFR by slamming the pedal down, then if you drive the same every time and ceteris parabis you will have the same AFR. It will only vary slightly and only for a minimal amount of time and only on the rich side. Again the better tune will come from the MAP signal but it can also be down with the TPS.

"down with the TPS", what you mean. You figuratively speaking like "I'm down with that", lol, or what? HaHa, you're probably getting pissed from all the questions...

Damn, I don't know if I should rewire to the MAP now... ARGH!

It can be done either way. I have mine wired to the TPS where it will stay until AEM. I still get a perfect AFR when I need it. It is your decision though.

White Rob: Yes on the EMS.

The White wire goes on the sensor side of the dark green/red wire. Remember this is your MAP signal wire, this has to be cut.

The other two wires I don't think you have to use them. The AFC is for many different types of applications and therefore has some things you won't need.

Jax, what is a "safe" setting to lower my fuel at when I'm running upped boost, WGA, '03 fuel rail, basically stock fuel system...

Is there an "atleast minimum" I can set it at acroos the board that won't lean the car out enough to hurt it? You know, like if you installed an SAFC on a stock SRT, the "at minimum" setting across the board would be -4 all the way across...

Let me know...

Stage 1 for now. Boost is tuned to spike around 18-20 and hold 15-16 at redline...
