Default AEM wideband

just got my aem wideband in the mail yesterday and put it on at work everything went smooth. start it up and its a 14.8 which is a good idle but when i end of driving it, it just stays at 14.8 the whole time. today when i started my car it went from 14.8 to 15.0 and basically stayed around there at idle. and when i drove it went back and forth from 14.7 to 8 so its not like its stuck at 14.8 but it wont go any lower then that even if i go WOT. but everything is brand new so i dont see why it wouldnt work. let me kno wat u think thanks.

Check the connections at the back of the gauge sometimes they come loose, also check all connections down to the sensor. Obviously you are getting power to it so it has nothing to do with that connection. Hope that helps.

Default mine works fine

1 - where's the o2 sensor placed?
2 - I think there is a dial at the back that could be set to 0-1 volts, which may correspond to your readings - did you get it used?
3 - did you get the full wideband kit? what's the kit #?
4 - did you use a wideband o2 sensor?

Glad this thread came up. I'm having the same problem.
I took it to a dyno and their A/F readings of my car changed while the AEM Wideband stayed at 14.8 the whole time even on WOT.

The shop told me I need the gauge calibrated, how does that work?
What is causing the A/F wideband to stay locked in 14.8 the whole time?

Bad sensor possibly, but again I dont own this wideband so we should see if more people can chime in.
