i live in ct and just started the tear down of my car. delta 65, ams bottom end, beter flowing cylnder head, cams, meth, supporting mods, are the plans for the car. I live in ct and i'm required to pass obdII emissions, from what i can tell the aem ems won't pass emissions unless i take it off and convert back to stock pcm controll everytime i get tested for emissions. Would diablo sport, or sct be able to pass emissions? and also do you think with a good tuner they would support the control that i would need for more than your basic bolt on mods? I would be thankful for any imput.

i think a dsp and sct will pass

With either DS or SCT you can flash back to the stock tune + larger injectors to pass emissions as long as the downstream O2 is hooked up.
