Just to clarify, static meaning no vac line on the regulator?

Try going lower on the FP slightly

Yes im running the regulator without the vac line because i was told at 20PSI its not enough power. Also I tired to lower the fuel pressure to 38 and still didnt make a difference. And at idle i even changed the fuel pressure to 25 and my AFR where still 14.7 at idle? Does that mean my regulator is bad.

in closed loop the car will compensate and still go to 14.7, at WOT it will change

same kind of thing happened to me. i couldn't pull enough fuel on the DTEC to get my AFRs in an acceptable range without knocking on pump. I went to SCT flash to fix the problem. You could get smaller injectors

Thats strange I have a few friends around the area running the same set-up just higher boost and 1:1 with boost source and pulling about 5% to 8%. Is there a way to test the aftermarket fuel pressure regulator or the safc. It seems to be whatever I do its still 9.6 AFR WOT. Also im throwing a P0172 code System Too Rich (Bank 1)

If the car thinks the cat is too hot it will dump ass loads of fuel. Has been a motherfucker on my car with stock turbo with a map clamp and now with a 50 trim and SCT tuning. A lot of the SCT guys are talking about having the same problem and turning off the stuff that calculates cat temperature.

I had to pull quite a bit up top running 43psi of static pressure on my RC750s to keep myself in an acceptable A/F ratio at the top of 4th gear. These cars seem to like to dump fuel in that gear up top.

are you sure tha afc settings are correct? you should have sensor type set to pressure 10 in 10 out and make sure it is set to 4cyl with the arrow pointing northeast

if the afc was doing it job and removing 20% and you are not running a rising rate on the fpr you should be going dead lean.the pcm will compensate up to 30% in closed loop which is why you are running stoich at idle.

Sooo, your car is running really rich. Either lower your FP or get smaller injectors. Or raise the boost.
