1. have your car on jack stands.
2. Drain your oil
3. remove stock charge pipe & PS lines
4. remove the cover between the tranny & oil pan
5. remove oil cooler from oil pan (if any)
6. remove all 10*mm from oil pan

I might be missing some steps buts that's what I can remember from the top of my head

Remove lower motor mount
Remove power steering line bolts and move lines out of the way
Remove charge pipe
Remove support bracket under alternator
Remove transmission dust cover
Remove oil cooler
Remove oil pan bolts

Of course all this after you drain the oil.

When putting pan back on, put sealant where the oil pump meets the engine block and the pan.
