ok heres what i did.
turn the car on accessory and put the sunroof up.
there are 3 screws on each side that hold the glass onto the assembly. remove the 3 screws from each side and then lift the glass off of the assembly from the top.
I found it easiest to remove the 2 back screws with it tilted up and then slide the sunroof halfway back to allow easy access to the front ones.
Find the 2 sliding arms, one on each side, that push the sunroof up and pull it down.
beside the arms you will see a black circle that slides freely across the track. The arm and this circle are suppose to have a small metal pin holding them together.
If the arm is not attached to the circle securely by the metal pin then the arm will not push up and pull down tight on the sunroof properly causing leaks.
Make sure the metal pin is in securely and that it will not slide out. You may use something to help give it a bit of stick.
Then put the sunroof in the closed position without the glass on it. Tilt it up, and then run it back and make sure the arms are moving properly with the circle and fold up and down.
If it is working properly reinstall the glass with the sunroof in the tilted up position making sure you slide the arms in the groove on the glass properly.
Reinstall the 6 screws and test it out. It should close firmly with the rear of the glass being lower than the roof of your car.
And thats it! you have successfully fixed your sunroof from leaking!
