Default How-To: Turn K&N CAI Cold Pipe into K&N SRI

This is some thing that i thought could not be done so i did it. It all started when UCANTSEE313 had an extra k&n cold side cai pipe.I said i bet i can make a SRI out of that so I began to do it. hope i don't need my flame suit.

Parts

90 degree bent rubber housing

I forgot what this is called but it goes to and air compressor

you get the cold side portion duh.

when the cutting is done you will get this

-------------Drill your hole-----------

--------------Stick that compressor piece in it like so

To Keep the ECU happy on the air flow don't forget this---\/--Big diference when it is off.

End Results will vary but you get the idea

LIKE Johnny from Fantastic Four says FLAME ONLOL

hope it was good.

I'm royally confused... I've had my K&N CAI setup like an SRI for years now, and I didn't have to cut ANYTHING...
