Also, the code came on while I had the cut-out open, do you think it was because the lack of back pressure? The code I got was P0133, Upstream O2 sensor slow response. Thanks.

All cars are stage 0. 04 and 05 have stage 1 injectors meaning when you order stage 1 for 04 or 05 you dont get injectors. When you order it for an 03 you get stage one injectors or the ones that come stock in a 04 or o5.

yea, you are mistaken. all stock 03-05 have stage 0 and will throw a code if you don't have a cat.

NOT TRUE. I have been running no cat for a year now and have not thrown a single code. It all depends on the placement of the sensor!

PS - I have not done the no cat code mod.

what i have noticed at least from experience is the ppl that have not done the fouler mod, and still do not through a code are using a bigger bung, its got alot more threads on it which makes the o2 not stick into the exhaust stream hardly at all. Other than that reason i cannnot see y , ppl do not throw a code.

Been running catless with no codes on my 05 stage 0 since November with the non fouler screwed into the O2 bung, works great for me. Before I installed the non fouler I was throwing a code every other day.

Put on my new down pipe this Saturday with the non fouler in the downpipe o2
sensor bung then drove round trip from Aiken, SC to Jacksonville, AL (about 600 miles) and no code yet!

I have the MOPAR/BORLA with the bottleneck removed so I go from 3" right into 2 1/2".

Man does it sound NASTY!

EDIT: By the way I'm an 05.

I did this to my 2005 S0 when the car had 3000 miles on it in July 05 ... the car now has over 14000 miles on it and has not thrown the code even once. Before I did it the code came up every 2 or 3 days. IT WORKS!!!
