I was looking around and haven't seen one yet, so I figured I'd post pics of how I did mine.
First off, parts needed:
*extra gauge pod
*2 screws
*Drill or dremel
*Marker or Sharpie (to mark where your holes need to be drilled)
*Razor blade
*Screwdriver
1. Take the four (4) screws out of the top of the dash. 2 (two) on the sides of the dash and 2 (two) on the top near the defroster vent.
2. Take out your A-Pillars, but be careful not to break the clips they're very fragile!
3. After you have the A-pillars out, pull out the top of the dash.
4. You're gonna have to modify your extra pod to sit flush against the dash pad, so with a razor blade or dremel(which I used) you'll have to cut off the little plastic "finger" that's on top of the gauge pod.
before: after:
5. After you do that, line up your gauge pod where you want it to sit on the dash and mark it either with a marker or u can do it the way I did, with a screwdriver.
6. Next, take out your drill or dremel and drill a hole(s) where u marked the dash. Keep pushing (lightly) until the drill bit goes all the way through. After you make your hole, I would suggest taking the razor blade and cutting away the excess plastic you will probably have around the hole(s) u just made.
*I suggest drilling one hole at a time, that way you can line up the gauge pod the way you want to so you can read the gauge clearly*
7. After you do that, I would go ahead and mount the gauge you're using into the gauge pod and mount the pod onto your dash pad.

so using this technique, you didn't have to cut part of the dash right? all you had to do is drill a whole? the other how to's show to cut off some of the dash so the gauge pod will fit.and i didnt want to cut it. but this seems different. let me know. btw, good job
You don't have to cut the dash for this one but you are drilling a hole in it anyway so really not saving the dash anyway. The gauge pod also looks like it will be at a different angle than the stock pod. I guess this would be a little bit quicker than the pdf one that has been used before. You have any pictures of the pod with a gauge installed? Here is the link to the other one also courtesy of Speed and Power Development extra gauge pod

It does sit at a different angle, but imo it seems to be a little easier to see w/o the steering wheel getting in the way. I think I accidentally erased the picture I had posted where I took a pic from the driver's seat. When I find it, I'll rehost it
RUgoinUp 2 Heaven? Ever lie, steal (big or small), commit adultery (in deed or thought), use God's name in vain? Those are just 4 of the 10 Commandments, breaking just 1 condemns you to Hell. Claiming to be a "good person" won't work in a court of law, nor will it when you stand before God. If you want Heaven, admit your guilt, and ask God to forgive you solely on Jesus' death on a cross. Then love God with all your heart, and love people too.
