how to Smoke the third brake light from the inside

10 MIN JOB


1 Take the third brake light out 2 bolts believe its a 10 mm socket and twist out bulb

2 You will see where the red tabs from the light meet up with plastic housing
gently push the red tab under the housing and it should pop off do the side with only two tabs first, Work on 1 tab then the other once both tabs are off the light comes right off.



3 next spray with night shade taillight paint from the inside of the light to preffered darkness let dry


4 then line up tabs bottom side first slide in the three red tabs into the plastic housing and then snap the top into place you well hear a snap noise to insure its togther and bolt it up.

Now you have a smoked 3rd brake light

Ah, but where can we find this NightShade Taillight paint? is this all worth it or just buying a tinted one online? Thanks for the suggestion though! Might have to try this

Modern performance has it and other car parts stores, Also this only takes like 5 mins and your done It looks real good With black or a carbon fiber trunk or to just match Your night shaded tails
