so there not really mounted to anything inside the seat, just very compressed. is this safe under strain? I feel like they could rip out under pressure.

I'm new to the forums but i was literally just thinking of doing something like this. Thought id be really original and it would be a sweet smooth install. 5 minutes with the search button and it looks like i was beat to the punch...by a lot. I like the look and feel of the seats i have now so this would just take them that step further. Does the plastic irritate the shoulders or anything at all?

those look really good and a cheap upgrade, i feel like having to mess with harnesses on a daily basis would get old after a while though...

The ones I got were from the dealership. They are the type that snap together, which I feel are the best design. I will try to find the part numbers for ya. Just give me a bit.
