I followed these instructions this past Wednesday night and it didn't work for my Neo.

The red AND the red/white wires need to be connected on the Neo harness, and then extend THAT combination of wires down to the PCM.

Otherwise these are very good instructions, but for them to be complete this information has to be added.

To the topic starter and everybody that's contributed information and pictures, THANK YOU!

I have a 2004 but I don't think that matters since the problem was related to the Neo and not my car.

The Neo unit will not power on unless both the red and the red/white wires are connected to the dark blue/red PCM wire.

Yes it does matter because like I said some pcms wiring have different colors.

I'll wait and see if anyone else runs into the same problem and edit the first post with the a trouble shoot.

The PCM wiring matched up just fine with your instructions, the missing wire was in the Neo harness.

Honestly sounds like your NEO is one of a kind. I put one in last night with no problems. So It has nothing to do with anything other than your neo.

Jwren,

******Updating the original post with the settings.******

As for your code, pull the negative battery wait, put it back on then put the settings to 0.

Did you put the settings to zero 10 in and 10 out?
The only thing I can think of is to swap out map sensors or re-check the wiring to the SAFC.
