Try looking at the wire connections to your tach driver and coil pack. It's possible the tach driver is going bad.

You can wedge it under the dash. If you look in some of the pics on pages 1-5 I think I have a pic of how mine was kept.

How come your "factory settings" are different from the ones in the AFC discussion thread?

You say 20% low 90% high

the other thread says 10% low 40% high

Becasue that pic was taken after I tested it out and started tuning. The pics I took in this thread say this is where I placed mine, not this is what yours should read with factory settings. I wasn't about to make this how to if it didn't work.

i gots a problem. i dont have a dark green with red stripe wire on the orange pcm plugin. all i have is 2 light green with orange stripe wires.and a light green with white stripe i think. also another problem is when i did hook this up i went and set my settings on the neo. i turn off car cuz it was idling like a cammed out monster truck turn it back on and none of my setting are saved, any reason why? i dont have a msd thingy yet but its otw. i was jus gonne hook up what i could then finish it up. or can i not do that.im frustrated lol my car is a 2004 btw. thanks for any infoalso when i hooked it up i just cut where the dark green with red stripe wire was but the map sensor and ran it ttemp that way to see how everything was. nothin was working on neo is that cuz no coil signal due to me not having msd tach driver? all neo does when i goto dual monitor it flashes buttons on and off along with the bat symbol
